Unusual choice for a sparkling? Definitely. A rarity to be sure, but worth trying for its distinct individuality and bracing acidity, which marks it as a fine aperitif style to be enjoyed on a warm summer's day. Lemon sherbet, white flowers, quince and green apple aromas. The palate carries fresh, zesty, cool citrus fruits and light almond biscotti notes with green apple bite.
