A rich fruity nose of mixed fruits and dried plum with fruitcake, marzipan, quince, black pepper and a touch of soft, sweet spice and tea-chest from wood-ageing. Dark mahogany in colour. Layers of black and red fruit with a gentle warmth of spirit complementing the finish.
